The Mysterious Milk fish guarding the hidden lagoon @ Isla ng Matukad at tabing baybayin, Caramoan Camarines Sur

Locals say that the enchanted animal (Milk fish) cannot and has never been captured on photo. But here it is, we were able to capture a photo of it using an ordinary point and shoot camera. :) They said this giant milk fish guards this lagoon. Originally there were 2, the other which was bigger than this was killed and later on, a family member died. They said that whoever sees this fish will be lucky. This fish never left the lagoon.

This island was named "Matukad" which means "Pataas" at tabing baybayin which is the shore beside the limestones that confine the secret lagoon.

We asked our tour guide, Ramir Cruel if we could swim in this spectacular lagoon confined within these breath taking limestones formed here in Matukad Island but he forbid us. He told us that the sand that floors this lagoon is actually a quick sand on top of a thick layer of rock.

For Island hopping Services, you can contact his father, Mr. Ramil Cruel directly at this number: (+63)917-8246463. "Ang mahalaga sa amin, nag eenjoy ang bisita namin. I can't remember it verbatim but Ramir said "Ang pangit naman ng puro pera tas yung bisita hindi man lang nag eenjoy",  while we were on his habal habal. True enough, we enjoyed every moment of our stay in Caramoan.
