Ilocos Trip: Summary of Expenses and Contacts

Expenses noted as of December of 2011

** It was too late when I realized that I left the list of our expenses in our room in Pagudpud. Figures listed below are estimated expenses only.

** Vinegar, or any corrosive item is not allowed to board the plane regardless of how it was packed. We had to go back from the airport to the centro to have our bring home vinegar shipped to Manila via Farinas transit. ** We highly suggest this place. This is not a budget hotel, about mid range but it's close to everything in Vigan. It's just a walking distance to the park and the hotel itself is just right along Calle Crisologo.

-Balay da Blas Pension House, Laoag (+63) 917 570 2110 (Mr. Sammy Blas)

** This one is a bit far from the City, but if we were given the chance to go back to Laoag again, we would definitely book our stay in this place again. The room is well organized and maintained.

-Jun and Carol Inn, Pagudpud: (+63) 917 547 1270

** Bad customer service, bad heating system in the comfort room. I don't know if the staff were just too shy of us but I really find them unaccommodating. There are so many nice beach front hotels along Saud such as Terra Rikka (http://www.terrarika.com/) which I would prefer given the chance to go back to Pagudpud
